Text messaging program terms

American Chain of Warehouses (ACWI) sends text messages to people who ask to be texted, for example during a call with ACWI. By giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you, you agree to these terms.

Program. Low-volume, one-to-one texts tied to your request: call summaries, links, and follow-ups. We do not send bulk marketing or promotional texts.
Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of ACWI membership. You can ask to be texted by telling us during a call or by replying START or YES to a text from ACWI.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@acwi.org.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Separate from email. Text and email opt-ins are separate.
Privacy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
