I hereby apply for membership in the American Chain of Warehouses, Inc. (ACWI). I approve and agree to the purpose of the organization and its by-laws, which govern its affairs. I certify that I am an officer of the above company; that all the information reported in this application is accurate; and that all space, both public and contract, has been reported and will be operated in the most ethical manner. I understand that if false or misleading information has been reported, my application may be denied.

Furthermore, I certify that our company subscribes to the following Statement of Principles to which every member subscribes:

  1. Our company recognizes that the business of warehouse logistics and its services, which is entrusted with the property of others, demands a high sense of responsibility and ethical conduct to meet the needs of its customers and the public.
  2. Our company recognizes the legal responsibilities imposed upon it as a warehouse logistics provider and will care for the merchandise in its custody in the manner that a reasonable, careful individual would exercise under similar circumstance.

Application Review

Quarterly Dues

Membership dues are billed quarterly and are due by the first day of each quarter. Dues information will be provided upon approval.
