Who we are

The American Chain of Warehouses, Inc. (ACWI) is a nonprofit trade association serving the public warehouse and logistics industry. This policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us through acwi.org, LinkedIn lead forms, and other ACWI-operated channels.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information such as your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, warehousing needs, and any message you send. This may come from:

• Contact forms and quote requests on acwi.org
• Website lead forms, including forms that offer downloadable guides or resources
• LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and similar third-party lead capture tools
• Member sign-in and gated areas of the site
• Email, phone, or in-person correspondence with ACWI staff

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide requested information or resources
• Deliver downloadable content, such as PDF guides, when you request them

What we do not do
